All Training Courses must be attended within 365 days from the booking date. Agilityzer reserves the right to cancel and issue a full refund or reschedule training courses to ensure the best quality of service. The policies below apply to all bookings.
14-Day Cancellation:
Clients may cancel training courses for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the course is not scheduled to start within that 14-day period, and the client has not accessed the course material.
After 14-Days:
Clients can cancel training courses for a refund 15 days or more before the booked training date, excluding bank transaction charges. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within the last 14 days.
Rescheduling:
Clients can reschedule training courses 8 days or more before the agreed-upon training date without incurring any charges. A rescheduling fee of $700 applies to 3-day courses, $300 to 2-day courses, $200 to 1-day courses, and $100 to half-day courses, effective within the last 7 days.
No-Show:
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided for in-person training courses. Virtual training courses can be rescheduled by paying an additional charge of 50% of the course price.
